Elder Scrolls 6 is getting longer wait times every day and it looks like the title will be delayed longer. Bethesda has several games in preparation and each will take several years to finish, which is hardly suitable for players.
The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim is still playable but nearly a decade has passed and fans now want to play The Elder Scrolls 6 and explore the gameplay. There are new reports that the upcoming Elder Scrolls sequel will be delayed by at least 5 years, and here are more details about the game.
The Elder Scrolls 6 launch date delayed by five years
The release date of The Elder Scrolls 6 is far from everyone’s expectations and the game won’t be released until 2026, according to experts. The next mega project by Bethesda Studios is Starfield and it will take at least two years to emerge.
I expect FNV2 in the latter half of this decade. I expect TES6 in 2026-7. I expect anything close to Fallout 5 in 2030.
Starfield is next, and until this takes another year or two.

The studio will focus on TES6 next, and the following Fallout series will be high on Bethesda Game Studio’s priority list. This means that The Elder Scrolls 6 will take 2-3 years after Starfield is released, which means a delay of at least five years. Fans need to wait until 2026 if they want to play The Elder Scrolls 6 on their consoles.
The Elder Scrolls 6 is console compatible
Hammerfell’s Elder Scrolls 6 gameplay will be set according to a recent tweet by the official handle The Elder Scrolls Twitter. Although nothing was clearly stated, fans have decoded the caption, “Copy the Past and Map of the Future” and discover that the next TES sequel will have Hammerfell as the main map location.
